Yes, you can schedule a visit with our master tailor in your home or office during our visits to the US or Europe. Kindly send your enquiry to our International Visits form.
Swatches of our fabrics are available for those who would like to see the actual material and colour before placing an order. Each set of between 120 to 150 different fabric and colour choices is available for ordering and costs only between USD $49 to USD $99. Please bear in mind that it can take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks for the swatches to be delivered depending on the immediate availability of the sets or if new sets are being constructed. Since preparing the swatches is a very labour intensive project, it may take longer than our regular turnaround time. The set contains several basic fabric and colour choices available online and offline for Suits, Jackets and Blazers, Trousers and Shirts that is in stock in our inventory.
We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction.

We do accommodate all sizes. Upon receiving your measurements, we will let you know if there are any additional charges for extra fabric requirements.
Absolutely. Just send us your shirt with your order. We’ll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, then return the shirt you sent with your new NIBH shirts.
If you would like us to custom make garments to styles not displayed or available at our website, we can do this if the image file or a link to an online image is emailed to us along with the order or before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Our email address is info@nibh.com. Please contact us for more information. Should you like to send us an image file, kindly do so.
No, you do not need to get remeasured because we keep your measurement for 3 to 5 years after your last order. If you are a returning client, please email us to verify your measurements.
Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2% to 3%, we already take this into account when we custom make your shirts.
Of course! You may choose any fabric we offer. We stock well over 2000 shirting’s, all of which come with high thread count for rich texture and feel. Then, if you don’t find the exact fabric you’re looking for, simply send us an e-mail with the description, or send us a photograph from a catalog or magazine. We’ll try to find the perfect match for you (and can even send you a swatch!)

It takes 7 to 10 working days to complete an order provided all the information required has been provided, and an additional 3 to 4 working days for transit.
